Returns and Shipping.
Both Domestic shipping within Australia and Global Shipping is available. I use Australia Post and offer flat standard shipping and express shipping both domestically and internationally. Please consult the Australia Post website here for any questions regarding shipping to your country. All shipping comes with tracking.
Once an item has been posted I am no longer able to control what happens to it. All orders come with postage insurance covering the value of the item. Please let me know if you'd like signature upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds.
If I have made a mistake, the garment has been damaged during the shipping process or there is something fundamentally wrong with the product that you notice when you first try it on I do accept returns or refunds. Please notify me via email or Instagram direct message with photographs of the damage within two weeks of your garment arriving, or your refund will be void.
Any damage incurred to the garment once it is in your care is not my responsibility and will not result in a refund.
Any corsets purchased at a market/in person are final sale. I will not accept refunds of exchanges for change of mind.
Due to most garments being made to measure and running on an entirely made to order system I do not accept exchanges, so please refer to the size guide and feel free to contact me with any questions on sizing or fabric options.
