Made with the softest remnant 100% silk chiffon and antique lace. 

Featuring an antique lace adjustable waistband laced with a ribbon drawstring, antique lace cuffs laced with a ribbon to allow the bloomers to be as floaty or puffy as you desire. Secured at the centre back with a vintage button.
